Refund Policy
Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges:
Products purchased directly from our website can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of the purchase date. To qualify, items must be in their original, unopened, and sealed condition, including all packaging, accessories, and any promotional items.
Please note that purchases made through third-party sellers or physical retail stores are not eligible for returns or exchanges via our online process.
Refund Conditions:
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 14 days, provided the product remains unopened and in its original state. Opened items will only be eligible for a refund or exchange if a manufacturing defect or shipping error is confirmed.
Refunds will be processed via the original payment method or as store credit, depending on your preference. The refund process may take up to 14 business days.
Order Cancellation:
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been shipped.
If the order has already been dispatched, cancellation will only be processed after confirmation from the shipping carrier.
Shipping Costs:
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item has a verified quality issue or was sent in error, in which case we will cover the return shipping fees.
Non-Returnable Items:
Certain products, including Oud and loose oils, are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Required Documentation:
The original invoice must be provided for any return or exchange. Items should be returned in their original condition, including all outer packaging, brand tags, and accessories.
