About Us
A UAE fragrance house, built on the factory floor
Founded in 2010, Luxury Concept is a UAE fragrance house and perfume manufacturer with a portfolio of brands made for different scent preferences and markets. Today our perfumes, attars, body mists, hair mists and home fragrances reach customers in more than 15 countries.
Our Story
Manufacturers before we were a brand
Most perfume labels start with a name and find a factory later. We started the other way round. For our first two years, Luxury Concept developed and produced fragrances for other companies as a manufacturer, distributor and private label partner.
That work taught us how a formula behaves in heat and humidity, which raw materials hold up on skin through a Gulf summer, and what customers in different markets actually reach for. In 2012 we put that knowledge into our own bottles with the launch of the Luxury Concept brand.
Rifaat, Bon Milano and Alberto followed. Each house has its own character, but all of them are developed, tested and filled under one roof in Dubai.

A manufacturer first
Luxury Concept is established in the UAE as a perfume manufacturer and distributor, developing fragrances and private label products for other businesses.

Our own name on the bottle
We move into retail with the launch of the Luxury Concept brand, applying what years of formulation work had taught us about how scent is chosen and worn in the region.

Rifaat, Bon Milano and Alberto
New houses join the portfolio, each with its own olfactory point of view, from heritage oud compositions to bright, modern European-style signatures.

Beautyworld Middle East
We exhibit at Beautyworld Middle East in Dubai as a private label fragrance manufacturer, meeting brand founders and distributors from across the region.

Technical depth, an exploratory nose
Because we make fragrance as well as sell it, we can try ideas that a brand relying on outside suppliers would struggle to justify.
In-house development
Our perfumers and production team share one facility, so a new accord can move from trial blend to maceration and wear testing without leaving the building.
A broad olfactory range
Rose oud, black oud and oud wood sit alongside fruity and spicy ouds, and beyond oud we work across floral, woody, amber, musky, fresh and gourmand families.
Accessible luxury
Controlling manufacturing lets us offer well-built fragrances at every price point, from everyday signatures to premium compositions.
Our Portfolio
Four houses, one standard
Among our most-loved fragrances are Sultan Elixir, Oud Zaeem, Oud & Saffron Intense, Solo Nero, Polo di Blanc and Ebonyx from the Cosmos Collection.
Manufacturing & Private Label
Made in Dubai, for brands everywhere
The same facility that produces our own fragrances serves brand owners, retailers and first-time founders. We handle the full process: scent development with in-house perfumers, bottle and packaging selection, filling, quality control and launch support.
Minimum orders start at 500 units, which makes a private label line realistic for new entrepreneurs as well as established distributors.

Fragrance is worn on skin, so we hold ourselves to recognised international standards rather than our own word.

- Licensed UAE manufacturer – trade licence no. 650952, operating from Dubai Investment Park.
